Having played rugby at a high level for several years, I found that the approach to high performance sport was too one dimensional. Too much time chasing big weights and Instagram reels overshadowing the true balance and pillars of what it takes to be a high performer, neglecting the nutritional and psychological factors that are needed to excel in day-to-day life as well as on the field.

I wanted to build something that oversees performance in a holistic sense and helps people truly achieve sustainable, high achieving results.

My approaches don’t reinvent the wheel but make the wheel run more efficiently, working around your needs as an individual, putting you in the best place physically to thrive when it matters most.

I know the trust and reassurance of having someone in your corner, which is why I want to be on the journey with you. With regular communication and check ins, along with objective goals and target setting- which I will hold you to, even if that means a little tough love at times, I want you to be in the best possible place to excel and throw everything you have into your sporting life, so ten years post retirement and you’re at a bar reminiscing on the good times, you can look back proudly and fondly with no regrets, just adulation peace of mind knowing you gave it everything you could, with hopefully results, honours and memories to match.
